There is however a design flaw - since the seat cushion is not secured via fabric ties to the front metal of the chair frame, the cushion tends to slide to the rear when you sit on it, therefore, the back of your knees are sitting on bare metal. I would appreciate someone contacting me to rectify this situation......

The high back makes the difference. Patio Living has a great price. I shopped this same chair and was quoted $2-300 more in local stores. High quality, sturdy, and arrived in perfect condition. Only assembly was to strap on the cushions. We live in a very windy area, and these will not blow over. I highly recommend. We also purchased the crescent sofa & ottoman - set looks great together!
