Great customer service. I ordered another set for my second home. I should have tipped delivery guy more. I didn't realize patio living does curbside delivery only. My divert guy took all chairs to back patio, unpacked and disposed of boxes! I thought I had prepaid for that service but found out on second order that Patio Living does not offer that option.

It looks great, but I would reserve a final decision until after we have used the set for a while. I do wish "white glove" shipping was available (where the company delivering the product brings it in, unpacks it, and takes away the large boxes). So good so far...
