The seat cushions do tend to slide off the seat but I will get some grippy mats to help with that. It was shipped via freight so I had to unbox and unwrap it, but there is no assembly needed. It comes well packaged and ready to use. I'm very pleased with this purchase. I would not hesitate to buy another piece if the need arose.
