Very heavy, very well made. As importantly, they're super comfortable to sit in because there is a bit of a recline, but nothing like the true adirondacks where you're practically sitting on the ground. Very easy to get out of, which is a plus if you have any sore joints or are dealing with any age issues. The arms are really nice and wide so it's easy to put pressure on them to stand up. The price was more than I would have liked to spend, but they are unique and I'm really happy I purchased them!

Quality paint job with partially pre-weathered/sanded accents. We love our chairs and are very happy with them. However, they arrived with the boxes torn, padding absent, and some of the screws/bolts were missing. We drove to our local hardware store to purchase replacement hardware. Fortunately, the wood pieces were not damaged. The assembly instructions were incomplete. We found assembly instructions on a separate dealer's website. The focused assembly instructions we received were only for attaching the lower metal decorative piece. There were no pre-drilled holes for attaching the piece, despite the instructions stating to use the pre-drilled holes. For purchasing furniture products at this price point, I expected extra screws/bolts, complete/accurate prep work to the furniture, more protective padding on the packaging, and complete instructions. But all's well that ends well. We love these chairs.
