I do have issue with how long it takes to get them. It took several months for them to arrive. I could have gone to several chair manufacturers an purchase chairs right away, same material, stainless screws, no wait, no excuses! Quality control is poor. One of the arm rests on one chair had incomplete pocket hole indentations on the top side of the arm rest. Clearly visible and a mistake. I had to take a photograph of the damaged chair and send it in to get a replacement, which resulted in me having to take the chair apart and install the replacement part. No compensation for all the trouble. What would you have done if I said take it back and send another? One other thing. One chair box was missing a long bolt for the rocker and the bolts are not stainless, it appears it is galvanized. I hope they do not rust and leave stains on my porch! The only reason I gave you 5 stars is because the finished product is very good!
