5.0 out of 5.0 Very disappointed ! Daniel from Everson, WA 7-25-2020 I ordered and received my umbrella in a reasonable amount of time. Upon setting up the umbrella, it did not tilt as advertised. I called PatioLiving, explained the malfunction, submitted a claim form as instructed on July 7th 2020. I have spoken to no less than 5 representatives from PatioLiving over the last 2 weeks, each time being reassured that I'd be notified within a short time of status on the exchange of a functioning umbrella. My last promise on the 22nd was that I'd get a confirmation on status yesterday the 24th by 5PM......didn't happen and then I get this email this morning asking me about my experience with PatioLiving. This is the 2nd umbrella we purchased from PatioLiving because we were so happy with the first one. I realize that the pandemic has caused all sorts of havoc in our day to day, but after so many assurances that things were moving along and then failure to deliver on any them, I am writing this, hoping it might spur genuiine action on your part.
