JAMES from  Maineville, OH 8-13-2022 I was informed before delivery that this product was damaged by shipping, which gave me the opportunity to cancel this protion of the order and my order was creditied. However, several weeks later, this umbrella portion of the order showed up on my doorstep. Now I'm working with customer service to return this item. Working with Customer Service has been good, but it the hassle that drives my rating.

Local home stores only carried a few basics and had very long lead time. Patio Living had a shorter lead time and I could choose exactly the umbrella/pole combo I wanted. It shipped in half the time they originally quoted, so I was quite pleased. I will definitely use them again for my patio furniture needs in the future.
