  • 3.0 out of 5.0     Nice look but waited too long for delivery Lysa from  Glen Cove , NY 10-18-2020 The product receives a 3 rating because the cushions are not as good looking as I hoped. The subtle markings on the fabric are not so subtle - giving the chair an old fashioned look. Fortunately since they are covered in sunbrella fabric it will be easy to replace them, but an expense I didn’t plan on. As for the order process, it was atrocious. I ordered the loveseat the first week of July. They were described as “in stock” and “2 week quick ship”. I did not receive the seat until the end of September with each inquiry greeted with a reply of “product being manufactured”. I would not have ordered this item if I had known it would take so long to receive. At end of August I did try to cancel, but was told delivery was happening by 9/4. I still did not receive until 9/29. There needs to be more transparency on when item will really be delivered. Also, I was told this item was made in USA but shipping box said made in China? That was a real insult at the end of a difficult process.
