In the Prairie School architectural style tradition; organic objects were interpreted into geometric forms. In this ceiling pendant; we use colorful interlocking blocks of multicolored glass in hues of blue/green with accent blocks of blue and burgundy to form stylized wheat stalks on a Beige Cream background. The four handcrafted art glass shades are created using the famous Meyda Tiffany copperfoil construction process and enhanced with Mahogany Bronze finished hardware. Ideal as a ceiling fixture in a dining area; entryway; and other spaces in residential; hospitality; and commercial settings. Inspired by homes in the Oak Park neighborhood in Chicago; Illinois. The Prairie Wheat Inverted Pendant is included in our American-designed; handmade Prairie Lighting Collection. UL & cUL listed for dry and damp locations. |
