The chair is comfortable, but this mistake made us give it only three starts. The mistake can't be fixed without ripping off the attachment straps and resewing them -- something we are of course not going to do.

The frame is very sturdy and the cushions are to die for. You sink right in. The cushions also have a zipper so you can remove and clean them every year. The cushions attach to the back and bottom of the frame with simple and nice looking velcro straps so they don't slip around at all. Unlike the matching love seat, this chair does not have a real deep seat so even short people will enjoy sitting in this chair. The only thing I wish was offered was a cover for this piece. Taking the cushions on and off in rainy locations is more of a hassle than I'd like. I did find custom covers at another site, so I solved this for myself.
