Faux bois is the French phrase that refers to the artistic imitation of wood or wood grains in various media. In this case we created the Situ candleholder with its textured bowed back resembling the bark of a tree. These holders are cast in aluminum and finished in an ombre' effect from black to rustic gold. The soft glow that will be created as light reflects off the back of the holder will add just the right ambience to any occasion.
