As sturdy as it gets! 130 sq. ft of shade that protect everyone around your large dining table easily. And yet...easy to open, one hand crank operation even while you're sitting down.

Except, read on Madelaine from  Calabash, NC 7-4-2016 This is just a heads up on web site description based on manufactures specifications but need to be updated. The “deck mounting plate” and this is the description does not show a color choice and shame on me for assuming. It only comes in silver color so if you order the Peppercorn brown frame you’re going to get a silver power coated base plate. And when I contacted service they said just paint it brown. For $2,300.00 plus dollars the manufacture should offer the base in brown. I tried calling the manufactures 800 number for several days and there mail box is full, not sure if this is a good sign. It would be nice if the website could reflect this with the base.description
