My only concern is with their delivery service contract. Apparently, the service only does an entrance drop. They don't even unpack the item. While I had no issues with my chair, I suspect that if a buyer experiences an issue with an item, they have to contact Luxe Decor. There would be no opportunity to refuse delivery, especially if an item is obviously damaged.
