So when our new patio was finished I reached out and was told they were Berlin Chairs. We ordered four, in our specific colors and in a few weeks they arrived. We liked that they were actually made to order and not sitting in a warehouse. Each came in its own box, well packaged and opened up perfectly right away. I wish I could include a photo to show how great they look on our patio......oh well. We are going to purchase a few more of a different model for our screened in porch. The one we bought for our patio fold up which we wanted as we live at the coast and in the case of a hurricane we wanted to be able to fold them up and put them in the garage. We love them !

Meanwhile I ordered a second chair for my patio. I need this problem taken care of as soon as possible your customer service has a lot to be desired

These chairs are very well made. They are made with heavy duty material, and very heavy, unlike the cheap chairs (that were NOT cheap, around same price as the Berlin Gardens chairs) I previously ordered. Very happy with these chairs. We have 6 other Berlin Garden chairs that we have had for around 5 years now and they still look like they are brand new. I would highly recommend these chairs.
