There is a slight gap on the sides but it is fine- the bedding covers it up. The description online from Bernhardt did not give detailed measurements. I bought this bed based on the brand of Bernhardt being reputable and I was right. It is solid and has nice upholstered material. It was easy for two people to put together. The color is more grey and white not a greige as some people mentioned. Before I ordered from Luxe Decor I chatted with a rep about the measurements. They contacted Bernhardt and responded within a few days regarding measurements. I thought that was nice customer service and made me feel more comfortable ordering from them. It came to me in California, in a couple weeks from order date. The delivery guys were very nice and friendly and the boxes were not damaged and in good shape (good sign). I saw this bed on Wayfair but Lux Decor gave me a better price and I think their delivery team was better. Thank you, I will order from this company again.
